Did they replace the housing as well? 

Good to hear though. 

All pieces that were damaged were fully replaced. I have a new end cap, board, power pigtail, and cover panel. I can understand that situations arise from accidents were the wrong parts were installed or whatever. And at the end of the day no harm no foul, and if it was made right in the end in a timely manner that is what matters to me and in this case, I would have to say that Bill came through for me with flying colors.

Mistakes are bound to happen, and how someone rectifies that mistake is what creates loyalty in my mind.

Hey be as loyal as you want to be brother.  If it had come out of his own pocket it would have been a whole different post..... so all with a grain of salt.    Most "loyalty" is looooong looooong gone for most of us
