Got the light fixture finished last night. I added 2 4ft T5HO 10,000k to brighten things up. I will post some pics tonight after I clean up the wiring a bit

i was out to see this setup in person today,fantastic setup,well planned,well built.this will truly be a showcase tank when its done and matured,thanks for the look mark

Very nice. The lots of rock looks pretty sweet when it's dramatically lit like that.

You should grab some pink chromis to go along with those blue ones.

Thank you very much for the kind words of encouragement, I think I'm blushing, lol
Now we just need to fast forward in time a couple of years to see what it will look like :)
Got a nice powder blue from thebox of water today really nice and eating well !!!

It's really lookin nice

are you planning on varathaning it? I read about a reefer on reefcentral who had his hardwood floors done and it completely killed his tank, it didn't dawn on him that the fumes would harm his tank, he even left his skimmer on while they were being done

It also looks like everything is just starting with the rock and no corals. YOu could probably just shut it down for the time it takes to stain and dry. Just use plastic wrap to cover up the tanks. Low fumes and have good ventalation. But that is open for feedback.

I will only be finishing the outside surface to avoid any drips in the tank
I do have 9 fish, and about 25 diff pcs of corals in there, I will add pics later tonight. I do not want anything to be harmed in this process
