mine was only 14 months old when it broke
Yours did not fail at joints, right? Could be another root cause. Anyway, you had a day that you won't forget :).

Rinse with extra tank water then re-use. Using tank water or salt water will clean out accumulated detritus but not kill off attached bacteria like RO will.  Where your live rock and sump will seed most of your nitro-bacter there are other fauna living in the sand bed that you don't want to lose so that you can quickly reestablish a "mature" system.

Wow that sucks, hope you have some luck finding a new tank quickly, any chance you could reseal it yourself? I'v never done it personally so I'm just throwing an idea out there. I had a little flood today too but that was just from my own stupidity not a broken tank.  :(

I'm on my way right now to pick up a brand new 155g bow front aquarium in Brantford. Only problem is it needs to be drilled. I called sealife but they are closed today :/
Any other stores I can call / bring it to to get it drilled and buy plumbing ?

I have a 1.5" bit and could help you drill.  You should be able to get all the PVC plumbing at Lowes, I've picked up pieces there before and is likely where I will get my plumbing next time I do a build.
