Oh you mean the clean hip check?

That's good, the way he was laying there I thought he broke 2 maybe 3 bones for sure....
Though he did come back 10 min later and play very physical, so im sure we all knew he was fine...

I'm just saying don't be criticizing Marchand if you think that kadri's type of play is okay. Might as well just give everyone scimitars. Alloha snackbar!!!

Haha. clipping? You say you've been a hockey fan for decades. Do you remember what a perdect hip check looks like? Watch thr replay over and over to refresh your memory.

I seen it on 108" and he clipped his knee first....knee to knee (can be debated) He may of flipped because of his hip but initial contact was something to knee

I hate Ovie just as much as he is also a baby, so I have no vested interest in either parties

Even if you dispute the knee to knee contact it was a something to knee and he did clip him as it was just one knee that went up, it was a dirty hit. You don't hit people in the knees regardless of what sport and a hipcheck to the knee is a dirty hockey play. Both teams have been guilty of it

Stay classy Bruins fans, throwing beer and coke and garbage on the ice.... even saw sunglasses.

Bergeons is a class act though. Cant even be mad at him for being a Boston player

On the bright side another Canadian team makes the second round and the Leafs gave 110% no matter what happens tonight Toronto finally has some exciting hockey to look forward to next season.

Well we're all out now. Oilers look good for round two.

All water under the bridge now that we're out. Clippy Kadri and all :)

I did however lose a good pair of sunglasses tonight.

I knew it was you.

Yea it's to bad but leafs have a bright future and this is merely a stepping stone of experience

I too am rooting for the oilers. No reason they can't beat St. Louis or Nashville or Anaheim .

Nashville will be the most difficult team to beat. They have the best top 4 D group in the league. They are far better than the 8th place they finished. It should be a low scoring series against St. Louis if both goalies play like they did in round 1.
I'm thinking the conference finals will be Nashville vs. Anaheim and Rangers vs. Penguins. I'd like to see Edmonton in there but I think Anaheim will find a way to get it done.

Pittsburgh had such an easy First round. I think they will be well rested. It was a pure battle for Washington and every game was so emotionally draining as they didn't want to lose to the last seed. Every game was so close and could have went either way.
