Some pics. Ian at Sustainable Marine Canada has hooked me up with just about everything I have requested or needed. Clean up crew, several types of macro algae and different types of Mysis. He just dropped off some blue macro algae, manderine and some pods today for me. I am always looking for more large Gorgs for the tank.
Top down to see the blue algae. Hard to get the color on camera, but it really is a dark blue right now.
Orange gorg.

For sure.Torx if you ever frag that gorg id take a piece
The horses love hitching to the gorgs. Once they leave, polyps are back out fairly quickly. I am always looking for more colorful Gorgs, just hard to come by. Ian and sustainablemarinecanada has been able to get a hold of these 5 plus the orange tree sponge.Nice!
You don't find that the ponies wrap their tail on the gorg often and prevent the polyps from coming out?

Was just curious. As I've always wanted a pony tank. But hate the artificial plants I always see in them. The horses love hitching to the gorgs. Once they leave, polyps are back out fairly quickly. A few more and I will be removing the fake plants in there.

I completely agree. The plan from the beginning was to remove them as I grow my collection. I just needed something for the start up. Another 3 probably and out come the fakes. Was just curious. As I've always wanted a pony tank. But hate the artificial plants I always see in them.
Loving the tank BTW

I do not think so. Sponges yes, gorgs no. I have one that I specifically remember taking it completely out of water to switch tanks and it is growing greatGorgs do they have issues if the hit the air ?
