When you get LED dialed in nothing makes them pop like they do. With all the settings you can choose from it let's you customize your tank quite nicely. Down side they are not as easy to use as T5 or MH as your can't just plug them in and they work. Well worth the learning curve I think. Glad you are liking them.

Are you able to connect to the reef link? Or just have not had the time?
It came up with an error message when I try to connect wireless

Really blue, so where would you find layout that others have used and have great success with?

I was in another site researching and this poor guy was frying all his Sps corals and was ready to go back to his other lights. Only thing stopping him was the amount of money he had spent on the radions

I did the best I can to adjust the WB, brighten them up and that the best pic I can get for now. By the way Salty creator like me like the UV and Blue, I don't mind it!

How's my corals are not fry like the other guy you mentioned, it still early for me to say. I might ching it lol

LED get a worse wrap then they deserve. If people were not in such a hurry in this hobby and would go slow like they should. They would have less problems. This applies to most things in this hobby. Not just LED.

In a lot of cases with LED it is the user not the led that caused the problem. They are not plug
and play like T5 or MH so they have a learning curve to use.

I am sure your corals will acclimate just fine.

Kevin, I like the blue it makes everything pop I also like the red white. But unsure if these colours are the best for the coral and the fish? I have no idea that's why I'm asking for layouts or some kind of direction.

I just picked up a xr15 and set it up. I have it so its at 30% and will ramp up to it over 3weeks. The reason for this is I didn't have as strong lighting as before and want everything to do well.

Kman I think you're 100% right about people being in too much of a hurry and blasting too much light can cause a ton of issues.

I love this hobby because it constantly challenges me to be patient. I'm not a patient person and I need to learn more patience.

OK since you're being nice I come out and say it, but it not 100% proof. This are my settings for now :
Uv 5%, royal blue 50%, blue 20%, red 5%, green 5% and white 20% over all intensity at 50

Amino acids 8 drop a day for my 200g and some day I forgot lol. It will help with the stress due to light

Np, it better to let's your coral tell you it need more light and turn it up a little, for me sps will goes brown asking for more light. If corals didn't goes brown in a week I still turn it up 5% for more light. Corals goes brown recovery faster than bleach corals. I watch my corals everyday, still feed the fish and corals as I alway did. Good luck man
