this is actually a bit brilliant,
great use of space, im assuming you'll have some removable panels to access the plumbing ?

The only thing that concerns me is the overflow teeth and the drywall close to it, not sure how that will last over time with the moisture, (im no expert just curious)

the drywall edges are painted and there will be a lid on the box... the sides will be covered and there will be a door to access the plumbing...

Putting water in the tank now.. It's about half full and it looks like it will take another two days. It was supposed to be 75gpd

Are you using more than 1 heater incase the main blows?

prob not.. it will be on a controller with a low temp alarm ,, plugged into the reefkeeper with a low temp alarm.. and ive got a couple 300s kicken around and its just fish that will prob only be around 75 anyway..

Here is a picture of the old tank... I've been taking rocks out and scrubbing the algae off them and putting them in the sump the rocks that were in the sump are now in the new display... The new tank and sump will have enough water in it to fire it up tonight
