Starting little while I wait to go big again.

Purchased an IM NUVO 20 Dropoff. Using an AI Prime HD My Mocha Longfin Clownfish are loving it. Moving the fee remaining corals over from my frag tank later today. At least I still have a drop off tank. Mind you just a little smaller then I originally planned.

Looking good. I think small tanks can be as much fun.
Much more thought needs to go into placement and choice of corals.
Good to see you back in it though!

Nice tank Torx, but I don’t get it. Hummm I don’t get the feel of a drop off tank when looking at it:mad::)

It is a different style of tank for sure. My ideal one would be much larger and use the upper half like a lagoon shallow build. This is just my baby, hopefully it will grow up next year to a real tank. lol

Love these tank builds myself, can make some great overhang structures with SPS along the top and LPS down low.

Nice! I have been out from hobby for few years and now I am looking to go back in. Still trying to decide if I want to go with nano or 30 lagoon or 25 lagoon from IM. I don’t like their black stand though. I wish they make the white one like Red Sea. Anyone here is using Ikea stand for smaller tanks?

Thinking about Red Sea 250 but the wife already warned me that she doesn’t want to see anything crazy big *sigh*

Still so much to do on my IM NUVO 20 Dropoff. Water change day and installing a skimmer shortly, just waiting for it to be delivered. At least it is up and running. Frags are sitting in a reefrax holder and some randomly laying around still needing to be placed.

Ecotech Versa Beta as a top off is keeping my salinity perfect with slowly adding 1000ml of RO/DI over 24 hr period (0.69ml/min). Next up is to set up my GHL Profilux 4 and then onto my GHL doser, that is unless Ecotech sends more Versa's :)

I have a Reef Octopus BH100 but got screwed on the deal and it needs some work and parts before I can use it.

I have a Red Devil 150 that should be here Monday. I dont like the air stone nanos. I alsobdont want one in the display area of my tank. It really limited my options.

I am going to use Nyos 120 skimmer and Nyos Torq reactor for my build. Do you have any experience on both?

Time for some changes. Started installing the equipment the way I wanted.

First, remove the door and install rails.

Second, make a drawer and fit some equiptment.

Just deciding whether I want to keep the sleek closed door look or recess the controller into the door so I can view without opening.

Printing custom corner support brackets for the front door.

Coming along nicely so far. Still lots of wire management, making dosing containers and routing those hoses as well as sorting my kh director.
